Trouble sleeping, 4 nights in a row, took 1 tea. Slept great; read that was way too much. Will wait a few days & try 1/4 tsp. I have kidney stones, no treatment since 2014, omitting oxalates foods pretty much. For 4 mo. taking SeaMoss, bld pressure back to more normal 125/61.
