If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or want to exchange it for another size, colour, or style, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase.
However, this is not a trial period.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags still attached.
LilySilk returns also cannot be processed on clearance items, underwear, customised items, monogrammed items, and face masks.
That said, some LilySilk items - like the silk pillowcases - come with a 100-night trial period, where you can actually test the product and send it back if you're not satisifed.
