We’d describe the Simba Hybrid as a medium-firm pillow.
It’s softer and squishier than solid memory foam but not as cloud-like as feather or down pillows.

However, the cubes can shift slightly overnight, which might affect the feel and firmness by morning.

The Simba Hybrid Pillow is delivered free of charge to most UK postcodes, with free next-working-day delivery as standard.
To qualify, simply place your order before 1pm; orders placed after 1pm will be delivered within two working days. 📦
The pillow arrives neatly packed in a box, similar to a bed-in-a-box mattress. It may look slightly compressed at first, but simply give it around 5 to 6 hours for the nanocubes to fully expand before sleeping on it.
You may notice a mild off-gassing smell when unboxing. This is a common occurrence with foam products and should fade after a few hours of airing.
What is the Simba pillow trial and return policy?
Unlike Simba mattresses, the Simba Hybrid Pillow doesn’t come with a 200-night trial, but there is a 30-night trial period for all Simba bedding, including pillows.
If the pillow isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 nights for a full refund, as long as it's in good condition and in the original packaging.

The Simba Hybrid pillow isn’t designed to treat sleep apnoea, as this is a medical condition that usually requires professional diagnosis and treatment.
