Mattresses should arrive within 14 to 28 days of ordering, while smaller items usually take 3 to 10 days, and beds can take up to 14 weeks, depending on the design requested.

If you order via Dreams, you'll only get a 40-night sleep guarantee.
With the Tempur trial, you can only exchange your mattress, not send it back for a full refund.
You'll also have to pay additional costs if the new mattress you've chosen is more expensive and you'll have to pay for the new delivery.
Frankly, this is a little disappointing, especially considering the price of a Tempur mattress. 👎
Other brands, like Nectar and Simba, offer superior trials, including longer trial periods and a full refund if you don't love their products!
Tempur guarantee
The Tempur guarantee covers faulty items.
We'd suggest using a mattress protector to ensure you don't void your warranty and accidentally damage the mattress.
Much like its trial period, you'll only get the full 10-year Tempur guarantee if you buy your mattress from Tempur.
Unfortunately, several customers have complained in Tempur reviews that nobody would honour the guarantee when they bought from an alternative retailer. 😡

Is there anything special about the Tempur mattress cover?
Most Tempur mattresses have removable and washable covers.
The Elite and Luxe Tempur models have QuickRefresh covers, which sounds slightly more impressive than it actually is.
QuickRefresh only means that you can easily remove the cover from the mattress due to an integrated zipper located on the top half of the mattress.
All Tempur mattress covers can be machine washed between 40°C to 60°C.
Unfortunately, Tempur mattresses do not have carrying handles on their covers, which can make moving a Tempur mattress a little more challenging.
